understanding disordered eating Through the Enneagram

Eating disorders and body image problems are complicated experiences. They are deeply individual, puzzling, slippery, and relentless challenges that are hard to understand and often harder to change. This is a group designed for people who have been in relationship with their disordered eating or body image problems for a while and may be feeling at a loss for their next steps. This group will encourage you to look at these problems from new, different perspectives through the lens of your Enneagram personality type in the hopes of shifting your relationship with the larger, over-arching challenges of your life’s journey that may be influencing your challenges with food and your body.
